Daring Bakers' October 2013 Challenge - Mediterranean Pizza Pot Pie

This month Hannah from Minnesota challenged us to make savory Pot Pies. She proposed us two recipes: Classic Chicken Pot Pie or Mediterranean Pizza Pot Pie. I chose the Mediterranean Pie, this surprising and delicious large Italian bread loaf stuffed with meats, cheese, vegetables and garlic. Garlic adds a subtle Mediterranean flavor. Spinach-Cheese Swirls

Two weeks ago, I received my family in law. My kids and I were so excited. And I was a little anxious to know what I can cook for 2 weeks. Finally I found a good idea for each day and everyone was happy. I wanted to share with them also my favorite appetizer : Spinach-Cheese Swirls!
