Chocolate Mousse

I enjoyed making this dessert with my daughter :) There are a lot of reasons to make this : you love chocolate, you have no time, you have a big family. This is also a good one to do with the kids. This Chocolate Mousse is easy to prepare, you can make it in advance. It's a great dessert, silky and smooth.  Do not serve more than 3  tablespoons by person! Daring Bakers' July 2014 Challenge : Surprise Cake!

I just came back from South Carolina where I spent a few days. It was a pleasure to eat in the restaurants with an oceanfront dining. I have a good address in Garden City : Conch Cafe... Chicken with Tomatoes and fresh Mozzarella

I shop at my farmer's market as often as possible to buy fruits and vegetables. It's the perfect season to eat fresh tomatoes in appetizer, in salad or cooked. I love cherry tomatoes cooked with garlic. Yesterday, I made Chicken breast with mozzarella, basil and cherry tomatoes. It's the easiest chicken's recipe that I've made.
