Summer Salad

I can't believe it. It's almost time for a New School Year!  My son and my daughter are so excited. They are ready to go back to school.  It's still the summer. The weather is perfect to eat outside. A Healthy Green Salad

This gorgeous salad combines cherry tomatoes, fresh peas, fresh asparagus and lettuce. I love this Healthy Salad. With chives and lemon juice, it's so delicious.  The magazine Eating Well inspired me for this great recipe. Spinach-Cheese Swirls

Two weeks ago, I received my family in law. My kids and I were so excited. And I was a little anxious to know what I can cook for 2 weeks. Finally I found a good idea for each day and everyone was happy. I wanted to share with them also my favorite appetizer : Spinach-Cheese Swirls! French Cake with Jalapeno Peppers and Cheese

   Wow It's so good! The cheese is so meelty and the Jalapeno Pepper Cheese so spicy. You find the French Cake serving up at "l'heure de l'apéritif" (cocktail hour) in French families.
