Chocolate Mousse

I enjoyed making this dessert with my daughter :) There are a lot of reasons to make this : you love chocolate, you have no time, you have a big family. This is also a good one to do with the kids. This Chocolate Mousse is easy to prepare, you can make it in advance. It's a great dessert, silky and smooth.  Do not serve more than 3  tablespoons by person! Chicken with Tomatoes and fresh Mozzarella

I shop at my farmer's market as often as possible to buy fruits and vegetables. It's the perfect season to eat fresh tomatoes in appetizer, in salad or cooked. I love cherry tomatoes cooked with garlic. Yesterday, I made Chicken breast with mozzarella, basil and cherry tomatoes. It's the easiest chicken's recipe that I've made. Daring Bakers June, 2014 challenge - Sugar Buns -

This month Shelley from C Mom Cook challenged us to make Cinnamon Rolls, a North American treat.  I am not a fan of Cinnamon. So I decided to make Sugar Buns -Martha Stewart's recipe with no cinnamon-. These Sugar Buns are delicious, when they are warm. The Yeast Dough is easy to prepare. Goat Cheese and Bacon Quiche

I had a lot of fresh goat cheese in my fridge, so I decided to make a quiche with goat cheese and bacon. This quiche is juicy and cheesy. You can eat warm or cold with lettuce. Daring Baker's May, 2014 Challenge : PÂO DE QUEIJO

This month, Renata from Testado, Provado & Aprovado challenged us to make Pâo de Queijo. In Breszilian Pâo means Bread and Queijo means Cheese. She proposed us to make The Traditional Brazilian "Pâo de Queijo", the Quick "Pâo de Queijo" or the "Fake Pâo de Queijo". Risotto with Parmesan Cheese and Pancetta

Love Risotto? This traditional Italian risotto is really easy and quick to prepare. This Risotto makes a perfect dinner. My 16 year old son loves it! Brownies

J'adore le Chocolat! Especially Intense Dark Chocolate Bar with 72% cacao! Stromboli

Stromboli is my family favorite dinner. I always made it with my 13 y old daughter. It's a perfect meal  that I cook almost every week! You can choose whatever you want to garnish it, ground beef and green or red bell peper, salami and roasted green pepper, ground beef and pepperoni, ham and spinach.
