French Meringues

Santa Claus brought me a marvellous cookbook of French recipes, The Bistro Cookbook by Richard Bertinet. Richard is from Brittany in North West France and is the author of a variety of cookbooks (Pastry, Cook in a Class of your own with Richard Bertinet...).                       I wish to everyone a Happy New Year with Fun in your kitchen! Thank you Irene, your gingerbread look alive, so amazing! I've never seen gingendreads like that of my whole live, they are so Delicious, Pretty and Funny! And stars and boots are Creative and Colored!

Banana-Chocolate Cake

Two days ago, I bought a lot of bananas, not really expensive that's why I bought a "ton"of bananas.  Anyway, now I have to find a new recipe to eat these bananas.  After couple searches, I found this new recipe on a french culinary blog Les délices d'Hélène, this recipe is extracted from a french cooking book "Les cakes de Sophie" by Sophie Dedumaine. Pink Cupcakes

My daughter is obsessed with Chocolate. She always wants to cook chocolate cakes. She always makes chocolate cakes. Suddently, she decided to make cupcake with no chocolate, but just with a pink top! Wow her dad said : "I want to taste your cupcakes!" So we made together this new recipe. Rum and Raisins Cupcakes

Well la petite souris (Tooth fairy) brought the book "500 cupcakes" to my daughter last week. She tryed to cook a new recipe "toadstool cupcakes". She had never done cupcakes. It was sooo good! I told her : "maybe too much butter!"  So it's my turn to cook Rum and Raisins Cupcakes.
