How to make a Tapenade?

This week I am so excited to present you Florence from Scream under water, in French Crier Sous l'eau . Spinach-Cheese Swirls

Two weeks ago, I received my family in law. My kids and I were so excited. And I was a little anxious to know what I can cook for 2 weeks. Finally I found a good idea for each day and everyone was happy. I wanted to share with them also my favorite appetizer : Spinach-Cheese Swirls! It's easy to prepare and you can decide whatever you want to put in the puff pastry. Roll up, cut in 1/2 " slices and bake for 15 mn. And that's it!  My daughter love them! Twelve Mini Quiches

Twelve mini quiches for a perfect dinner. I love quiche, any quiche with bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes or salmon, quiche with spinach, zucchini or broccoli..... You can imagine your quiche, filled with whatever you want... look in your fridge and make a quiche with what you have. I love quiche, because it's easy to make. You can create a variety of quiche. French Cake with Jalapeno Peppers and Cheese

   Wow It's so good! The cheese is so meelty and the Jalapeno Pepper Cheese so spicy. You find the French Cake serving up at "l'heure de l'apéritif" (cocktail hour) in French families. You can add green olives, if you do it, do not add salt. You can combinate Feta and Basil or Salmon and Zucchini, whatever you want.
